Water Well

Research suggest one ounce of water daily for every two pounds of body weight. "Water" does not include tea, coffee and soda, these tend to cause dehydration. To really get the most out of your water, a P.H. of 7.0 or higher will provide more efficient hydration. Think green on this one, 80% of water bottles used in the States become garbage or end up in a landfill. (Container Recycling Institute)

I forgot to add, I remember reading that if the body is provide with the necessary amount of water daily, it has the catalyst to fight diseases and infections. Drinking water is something simple we can all do to improve our overall health
